Return process
STEP 1: Download the return form, complete it and attach it to the returned products
STEP 2: Pack the items with the completed return form and send it to this address:

Requirements
1. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost.
2. It is necessary to enter the account number in the return form, this will speed up the process of returning funds.
3. The Seller is obliged to consider the return within 14 days from the date of delivery of the return.
4. The goods should be secured. The seller is not responsible for defects caused during transport.
5. Goods should be new, with no signs of use.
6. Returned clothes should have all the original paper tags, which is another basis for approval of the return.
7. We have 14 working days to process the return. Nevertheless, we try to make returns once a week.
8. The return is valid for 14 business days from the date of delivery.
9. The day of posting means the day of return.
10. Products that do not meet all of the above conditions will be returned to the Customer.
